Stairway to the Stars – Pedra Rija under the Milky Way; In July 2025, Laura and I embarked on a 10-day adventure to Madeira, excited to capture some astrophotography like this panorama. The conditions were brutal—fierce winds whipped around us, making long exposures a true test of patience and stability. The walk back felt like a mini expedition: darkness all around, gusts threatening to push us off balance, and the exposed terrain adding an edge of wild unpredictability to every step.
